Policies & Boundaries

To confirm and secure corporate chair massage services, please review the following terms.

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all corporate bookings. This amount is applied toward your final invoice.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made after confirmation may be subject to full or partial payment depending on scheduling commitments.

• Final headcounts and scheduling details should be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event. Adjustments made after this window may not be guaranteed.

• JadeyLady Massage provides therapeutic massage services in workplace and event settings only. All services are strictly non-sexual and professional in nature.
• Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and future bookings will be declined.

• By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms.
